Entry information, drawing and winner notification

Entries must be received by midnight on September 1, 2008. Official drawing will take place on September 2, 2008. Winner will be drawn at random. Prize package destination may not be substituted. Name of winner will be posted at www.visitmississippi.org.

Restrictions

No purchase necessary. Entrant must be at least 21 years of age in order to win. One entry per person, family or household. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Mississippi Development Authority, affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies, immediate family members of employees, associates or agents, are ineligible. Winner must waive any and all claims against Mississippi Development Authority for personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in this contest. Winner is responsible for all local, state and federal taxes related to the prizes. By participating in this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by contest rules.

Acceptance

By winning and accepting the trip, winner must be available to receive their prize by mail or pickup at a Mississippi Welcome Center. Winner agrees to all promotions by the Mississippi Development Authority. Trip must be taken during designated time with no substitution dates.
